In everything we do we put the consumer first. We believe in gaining real insights into the consumer, the market and our customers. This way we aim to uncover the needs below the surface, stay on trends and always be one step ahead of competition.

To be able to do this we regularly invest in market research as the basis for our insight building and innovations, from in-depth (international) consumer and industry studies to concept and NPD research. Next to this, our marketers have a very strong interest in consumers, an intuitive understanding of their behavior, and knowledge of what works - and what doesn't - in our specific markets.

Based on these insights we strive to continuously surprise the market and consumers with innovative new concepts in the world of wine. From the introduction of new products, new ways of educating and helping the consumer making their own wine drinking choices to new ways of enhancing the wine drinking experience.
