BWGH appoints Barel as Chairman Supervisory Board
Starting October 1st, Frans Barel has been assigned as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Baarsma Wine Group Holding. Barel is also active in the Supervisory Board at Refresco Holding, where he was co-founder and CEO. Cees de Rade, C.O.O.: 'We are very delighted that Frans Barel has agreed to take up the position as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. With his background, knowledge and experience at Refresco, he will be of great value to Baarsma Wine Group Holding with regards to our 'Buy & Build strategy'. Barel (Food manager of the year 2005) will join Paul Hugenholtz and Frank Trijbels of AAC Capital Partners in the Supervisory Board and together they will assist BWGH in their ambitious growth strategy for North-western Europe.
