Baarsma Wine Group Holding takes over Cellarmaster Wines Europe (CMWE) in Weesp. CMWE was formerly part of Foster's, the Australian brewery. CMWE is a direct mail organisation, which operates in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Swiss and Denmark, in the premium segment of the market. The takeover of CMWE follows from the strategy of Baarsma Wine Group Holding to expand her distribution in Europe and increase the market share in the Business to Consumer segment. CMWE will become an independent subsidiary in the Baarsma Wine Group Holding and will remain its name.
